ORDERS
Can I make a purchase from anywhere in the world?
Currently, we are only able to supply products to customers in Australia.
For overseas purchases, please contact resourcecentre@neuma.church for shipping options.
Can I change my orders once it has been placed?
Once orders are received, our team works hard to promptly pack, process and dispatch orders, so as a result, we are unfortunately unable to make amendments or cancellations.
My order is incorrect/has a missing item.
We apologise for your inconvenience. Please email resourcecentre@neuma.church and we will do our best to rectify your order as quickly as possible. We will be in touch with you within the next 2 business days.
The item that I received is damaged.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact resourcecentre@neuma.church. Please include any information regarding the issue and include photos of the damaged product. A team member will get in touch with you within the next 2 business days.
What payment option do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, except AMEX.

Can I collect my order from my church location?
You can collect your order from the Resource Centre at our City Location (10 Griffiths St, Richmond 3121).
When can I collect my order from City Location?
You will receive a notification (email/SMS) when your order is ready to be collected. Please take note of the click-n-collect opening hours and pick-up details.
When will my items be dispatched?
All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched before the end of the following business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within two business days.
What is the shipping cost?
There is a $9.99 flat rate for all orders.
Is express post an option?
No, we are only offering a standard delivery.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please email resourcecentre@neuma.church if you have any questions or concerns.

Can I return/exchange my order?
Our desire is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we cannot refund Revival Conference merchandise. Please check the size guide carefully before making your purchase. Please email resourcecentre@neuma.church if you have any questions.
